The Curriculum

Kelai Learners curriculum content is guided by the British National Curriculum.

We use tailored dynamic learning methods that combine asynchronous building blocks approach to learning Math and English with synchronous investigative student led learning for Science and Social Studies.

By not feeling rushed to keep up with the rest of the class, and not feeling bored or held back when they are keen to move faster, we give your child the chance to claim their ground through their own achievements and reduce the anxiety associated with the usual one-size-fits-all model of schooling.

Asynchronous Learning

Students work to develop mastery over concepts. They proceed from one concept to the next which build on each other. This way there are no learning gaps. Each concept is used to make sense of the next concept. Students are able to pause and review a tough concept. They are also able to work through familar and easy concepts faster.

Synchronous Learning

The investigative, student led learning lets students explore their interests in the topics. They get the freedom to learn as wide and as deep as they would want to. The group discussions about what has been learnt builds the students' confidence and ownership of their learning expereince.
